Shipping policy
Shipping Origin:
Orders are shipped directly from our overseas warehouse to the address you provide. In some cases, orders may be shipped directly from our suppliers.
Customers are encouraged to provide accurate shipping details and track their shipments using the information provided upon dispatch.
If you have specific delivery preferences or require additional insurance, please contact us before completing your purchase.
Processing Time:
Orders typically take 1 to 3 business days to be processed before shipment. Please note in some circumstances, the processing time could be extended to 5 business days as per the shipping arrangements with some suppliers.
Shipping Timeframes:
- General products and standard air freight: Approximately 10 business days in transit under normal conditions.
- Electronic products: Shipped via sea freight by default, which typically takes 4 to 8 weeks outside of holiday seasons.
- Holiday seasons: Please expect possible delays.
- Other delays: there could be other delays in shipping, including but not limited to custom inspections. Please refer to tracking information for any updates.
Order Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please note that tracking information may be limited until the shipment clears customs.
